I am using a Asus m3a78-em motherboards with AMD Athlon 64 x2 6000+ processor, 2 GB 800 Mhz RAM,360 GB HDD,XFX 8500 GT Graphics Card and LG 19″ wide screen LCD monitor. If I run my computer for only 5 minutes the load on the system increases and the motherboard gets really hot. This happens even if I m not running any applications. The PC probe shows the motherboard temprature as 45 and triggers an alarm showing that the threshold has been crossed. I am runing my computer on win XP and resolution is set to 1440:900, Any suggestions?
