For last few days I have been planning to purchase a flat TV for my bedroom so that I can watch movies while lying on my bed. But Iâm not sure which one would be good for me, is it LCD or LED? Iâm totally confused in between lcd vs led. Actually Iâm looking for a 55 inch Flat HDTV and my budget is $900. I strictly do not allow power wastage, so which one consumes less power? Is it true that mercury is being used in manufacturing LCD which is a danger to our environment? On the other hand, Iâm also looking at LCD because the price is quite low. I do not want to compromise on picture quality. Any thoughts, guys?
