I do some graphic design at home mostly at work but still so I want ips only I need it also for some gaming and some other random stuff like surfing. My budget is $400, and I’m looking for 23″-24″ size. Please don’t recommend dell U2311H. I’ve had 4 of them, and all of them were garbage.
