I have bought a scanner called HP Scanjet G2410 and have not availed yet. Whenever I try to scan something, it says to fix its software. And I think, I have to reinstall the HP scanner software again. Though I had also reinstalled its software, but again it says that the scanner has not been connected properly. Guys, what is problem with the new HP scanner software? Is there any problem with the device? Before sending it to the service center, I am willing to get your ideas at first. So please help me and post your suggestions. Thank you in advance.
