My printer does everything it’s supposed to EXCEPT SCAN! But whenever I try to scan, it gives an error message saying either Communication Error or Cannot Communicate with the device. I have checked and double checked the USB connection, and the cable itself; both fine. I donât have any idea that whatâs wrong, I have even downloaded all of the available updates for it, one of which being a communication update. What should I do to fix it. Please help!
