When I bought Hp office jet j4550 it worked fine but something went wrong all of the sudden, yesterday I was trying to scan a photo into my computer, but when i attempt to scan it says “No Scan Option. Refer back to device documentation? I’m using XP and the driver is installed into my computer. What is it am I doing something wrong, help me to fix it!
