My new Dell Inspiron 15R is making me insane. While booting, it is not detecting hard drive. It happens suddenly, prior nothing was wrong with it. I tried everything, booted from WINDOWS CD . I tried to go into recovery console and also tried to set up windows but it is showing same result. Now I do not understand what to do, I need it to be ok as my few images and memorable videos in it. Can anyone help me to save images and video from it.
