my bd-c6500 blu ray player is not working properly . first i thought my blu ray is corrupted so i bought a new blue ray . then i thought that same company blue ray is not accepting it so i bought a different company blue ray . but still the problem is same . the problem is that the blu ray is not loading .is there somebody who knows about this problem . please let me know as soon as possible .
