I was really excited as I had recently bought a Kodak camera. What more this camera came with Arcsoft editing software. The software works really great and does what I want (until I get more experience and move on to something “better”). But there is a problem now, I cannot get a video to upload correctly to my page. Saved the file as a MP4 to my hard drive and uploaded it from my YouTube page? But nothing worked. “Unable to convert” error displays. Save it as a .MOV file to my hard drive and upload it from my YouTube page? Nope. “Unable to convert” error. Tried to Use the uploader built into the Arcsoft program to upload? It uploads MUCH faster, but I still get the same error. So, would like to know if this is an Arcsoft issue or some other problem. Help me out.
