I got 2Wire 2701hg-b modem recently and it is working perfectly in general, but when I use any type of VOIP service, it causes problems. VOIP connects and I start to talk for 20 seconds and then VOIP stops working. When I open internet explorer, it has gone also. So the whole internet shuts down. If I connect with a wire to the 2Wire 2701hg-b, then VOIP works perfectly. Can anyone tell me real problem and also guide me to fix it.
