<![CDATA[

In today’s world of full of population issues, this information must be astonishing to most of the people out there that some of the cities in the world are offering money and benefits to the people who will move in and settle over there. Some of them have decided to get aggressive about their survival and they are offering free lands and cash to build houses and so on and so forth. The point is they need to survive and to survive they need people to stay over there and work in order to boost their local economy.

Below are the six cities that really want you to move in there.

The payouts are funded by Alaska’s oil royalties and are divided up evenly among citizens. In order to be eligible for the rebate, you must not claim residency in any other state or country.

Since the time it was started the average is usually remains around $1,250. It varied from the smallest ($331.29 per person in 1984) to the largest ($3,269.00 per person in 2008 when a one-time $1,200 Alaska Resource Rebate was added to the dividend amount)

Finally Detroit has decided TO DO something in order to attract people to move in to Detroit.

For starters, the town is generous enough to offer 100 beaten-down homes that are in need of some TLC. They’ll even give you $150,000 to help with the renovations. Some of the houses are appealing, cool looking, but surely they need to be renovated and some of them may need more than the offered money.

The second offered program is for students. Detroit is also offering college graduates a $2,500 first year allowance and a $1000 second year allowance towards the cost of renting an apartment/condo in the city. They’re also offering up to $20,000 in pardonable loans for new homebuyers who purchase a property in the city.

In order to participate, you’ve got to work for one of the companies that have partnered with the city to offer this program. Some of those companies include Quicken Loans, Strategic Staffing Solutions and Compuware.
