Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon is now selling her luxury home in Ojai, California for a cool $10 million. Her Ojai ranch was lately in the news when shattered Twilight star Robert Pattinson stayed there after the news of Kristen Stewart’s affair with Snow White and The Huntsman director Rupert Sanders made headlines. Called Libbey Ranch, the lavish house has been designed by California-style architect Wallace Neff as a stable for the glassware mogul Edward Libbey. The previous owners of the Libbey Ranch were Ghostbusters actor and director Harold Ramis and celebrity designer Kathryn M. Ireland.
Kathryn did give the home a complete remodel, but kept intact the authenticity. Reese Witherspoon acquired the property in 2008 and she went for some enhancements too while maintaining the character and richness of the property. Located at 915 Del Norte Rd, Ojai, CA 93023, the historic property sits on 7 acres and features classic hardware, amazing fireplaces, arches, turrets, stonework, plank floors and Spanish tiles. The 4-bedroom main house boasts a beamed-ceiling living room with a big stone fireplace, a large country kitchen and a library loft with fireplace.
