Such parents keep worrying but their child seems to be so okay with the situation, probably he enjoys the company of his grandparents and do not miss them much. Parents must consider their child’s feelings and reactions first, and then only should take a decision whether they should or should worry about a situation.

Show your feelings

It takes a lot of energy to keep our negative feelings to us only, and to pretend as if we are not hurt. However, doing so double the impact of negative energies on us, it worsens the situation. On the other hand, if you take out or give vent to your negative emotions you would start to feel much better and healthy.Express your anger to your partner, some family member, and to your children also but in a mild manner.
