It’s a human-powered mode of transportation and is used to receive passengers. Spotted along a railway line in Manila, Philippines, the manual wooden trains ask for maintenance and preservation as well.

Since labeling it as ‘makeshift’ would be a gross derision of the utility it offers, it’s better if we could relate the rising petroleum prices worldwide with this novelty.
