Spices are one of the most important ingredients that make or mar the taste and quality of our food. If you add proper amount of spices, the food tastes great and wins accolades and if you put in surplus or less spices, the food simply looses it essence. Replacing the square plastic spice containers, designer Alexander Bennett has come up with a creative container called the “Certain Spice” that promises to solve the problem of uneven spice dispensing so you could serve the best food to your family and friends.
With conventional dispensers, measuring the quantity of spice leaving the container becomes virtually impossible, and the cook has to rely purely on his/her wits or guess work in hope that the food comes good on the dining table. To regulate the spice dispensing, Certain Spice integrates a knob that requires a gentle twist to move the spice down to the chamber through a screw that moves over an opening. The Certain Spice not only allows quick and easy dispensing, but also ensures equilibrium of spices in your food.
