Highly conceptual is the intent that goes into the making of the extension artist residency called Le Temps des Environment. While Nicolas Dorval Bory Architect exhibited a variety of sustainable home heating solutions in the construction of the Snow House, the structure pictured above shows a singular inclination toward blurred architecture in designing this project for the International Art & Landscape Center on the Island of Vassivière.
Since the entire construction envelopes itself within an artificial hydroelectric lake, you would feel as each part of the building has been jumbled to gel with the unspecified boundaries. However, it unifies all the spatial elements to produce a visually green structure.
