I have a fios connection with verizon east. My internet connection is not working from a week now. I tried reaching them from 1-800-VERIZON and they told me that some equipment was being replaced in the region. This was 4 days back and I v been calling them ever since. The route my call to wrong departments and finally the call is dropped. I m really unhappy with this behaviour. It would be great if I get a direct verizon FIOS support department. I m sick and tired of these jumping calls to wrong departments. Please provide me with a technical suppost number.
