I have my LG incite mobile phone with me, it works quite well, but during my ct810 firmware upgrade, I am dealing with the problem of communication between cell phone and pc. I have installed the USB drivers, which shows USB serial port in device manager. However, I notice there is no LG modem driver displayed under Modems in Device Manager. Should there be a modem installed? If so, where can I download the modem software for LG Incite CT810? Only expert suggestion needed. Please help.
