Hi everyone , I had lost my cell phone so I have taken my dad’s one now when I am inserting my sim card into it. It is just showing registration failed I investigated abut it and found that that lock/ unlocked plan is active on it. i just wanted to know as to what exactly is an unlocked gsm cell phone……
