Hi all, From last one week my tape drive keeps asking for cleaning tape. I have never ever got such message before since I am using tape driver.Moreover when I am inserting cleaning tape its light which indicates that its getting cleaned stops in between. I tried doing this many times but nothing happening my way.can someone tell me why is it happening with me again and again and what I have to do get rid of it.
