I am shifting to a new home and am looking at several options for home audio and video distribution. What I need to do is a rack in the basement that has a couple Direct TV DVRs, Media Server, etc as inputs. Want to feed them into a whole home audio/HD Video Distribution system. That system will feed 12-14 zones and each zone will have a TV, built in speakers and control pad. From the control pad I would like to be able to select one of the inputs. So suggest me some options with good range of pricing?
