I want to play a DVD on my pc for the first time, but I get the message that I need a compatible DVD decoder for windows XP. I am thinking of buying an external DVD drive and I would like to know of a safe, very easy to use and free DVD decoder program to download. I have been reading the reviews of the KMPlayer but I’m not sure if it is a decoder. Also, will a program allow me to convert my DVDs to iPod format? Have a nice day.
