I already own a phone. However it does not have any camera. Now I want to buy a new phone with a good camera within a budget of 40$. Someone suggested me to order it online. So is buying palm treo 700p cell phones a good option? Are they new or refurbished phones? Will I get any extra plan or discount along with it?
