I’ve tried 2 different HDMI cables going into 2 different HDMI ports on the TV. It’s not the TV, and it’s not the HDMI cables. Itâs my usb ports which do not register any device plugged into it. I canât recharge my controllers nor register my new controller. I have blown the dust out but still have no contact. Sony says to send it back with 200 dollars and they will send me a refurbished one but I will lose all my information on it, that sounds bad. Can someone help?
