i am living in new york. i have been using at& t networks since last 13 months. one of my cousin informed me about pay as you go cell phones service . i want to switch this scheme on . what are the terms and conditions to have this scheme updated ? do i have to pay extra money for this plan ? is it too expensive? please help me by providing details regarding my doubts? also suggest me the best network offering this plan. thanks in advance.
