Just when we thought the Palm Pre had started getting better reviews than the iPhone 3G S, the users of the new Palm phone put their hands up complaining about a drawback. They are agitated over the fact that the Palm Pre comes without a touchscreen keypad and it is annoying to draw the QWERTY keyboard each time you need to type in a text or an e-mail. It is not just a complaint in the air, as it is well backed by a study done by Strategic Analytics. It is this study which reveals that the incorporation of the QWERTY in the Palm Pre to avoid the criticism that clouded the iPhone upsurge hasn’t helped a lot as a touch option is missing. Wrapping it up, the fact is that Palm still has a chance and this can easily be done but, what if the 3G S users start demanding a haptic version!
