How can I move my all contacts from sim memory to phone memory in my lg spyder 2 phone?

I have bought new lg spyder 2 phone and m=by mistake I have added all contacts to its sim memory and now I want to transfer it from sim memory to phone memory, but there is no potion to do this. So please instruct me that how can I do this?
