This month I heard great news that is Comcast Seattle added 4 hd channels. I opened up the guide setup, there was no change. So I decided to call Comcast and they said the show info is on their s3 test in their office. It was suggested that I pull the cards and reboot and reinstall the cards. They offered a truck roll as well. Didn’t want to go through those steps until I checked other options. So I want to ask what step should I take further. Any help will be highly appreciated.
