The WISER (Wireless Information System for Emergency Responders) database provides information on chemical, biological and radiological threats. It is a great app for one looking for the support in emergencies. It provides information of a great quality for each threat.

The app provides rapid access to the most important information about a hazardous substance by an intelligent synopsis engine and display called “Key Info.” It has an intuitive, simple, logical user interface developed by working with experienced first responder.
