I have a HTC shadow cell phone. I think its not a very great phone or maybe its just me. I don\’t really know what had gone wrong with the phone these days. It was perfect until yesterday when I installed an app on it and it started acting weird. So I uninstalled the app thinking that should solve the issue but nothing really happened. I tried rebooting several times but no use. What do u think might be going wrong? Please tell me how to do a factory reset?
