I cannot imagine whether I have been screwed up so early after buying augen notebook or it is something else. I bought this notebook a day back. Yesterday, I did not connect it to internet but when in morning I tried to connect it, it was not getting connected and continuously giving an error “please check the operator services”. I tried to contact customer care service by emailing them on the official website and they told me to check my internet operator service first. Please help.
