I was looking for a speaker system for my home theater. It is installed in a big basement room. It has very good acoustics and I was thinking of buying a 7.1 surround sound speaker system. Is it supposed to be better than 5.1 which I already have at my home. Cause I think I would like to upgrade my sound system. Which configuration is best: 5.1 surround sound or 7.1 surround sound?
