Hey friends I am having these issues today. Intermittently, sometimes my connection is as slow as the old dial-up. Sometimes fails to connect at all. Even my modem is fine but Comcast support says it look like my modem may be the culprit, so I would just like to know if anyone else have ever faced such problem if yes than please provide me with solution? As soon as possible.
