The down side
The pitfalls in the Atrix’s design and performance are its heaviness, slippery panel, and the fact that it is non-functional without a dock. It also gets heated up quickly and its WebTop slows down for long duration work. Another major drawback is its expensive accessories which act as a major deterrent.

The bottom line

On its own, the Atrix is an excellent choice as a smartphone if not for its accessories whose price has to be scaled down drastically.
