I have decided to get a cell phone but there are number of new cell phones present in market in all price range which is very confusing for a new buyer like me. anybody please do help me by telling which is the best brand to go for and what should be the key features present in it? And I am very fond of taking pictures here and there of natural and artificial beauty so my cell phone should have very fine quality of camera; good sound quality is also a preference. But please do keep in mind that my price range is $200 – $300.
