Hi, I live in California. Being a student I can’t afford much for my cell phone and my AT&T cell phone service seems to be very costly to me. I need a cell phone plan which should have more free talking minutes and unlimited text facility to send messages to my fast friends. I I some time go for internet usage on my cell phone so it will be better if it also have some free data per month. My limit for expenditure on my cell phone per month is $ 25. So please suggest me some plans at this rate.
