Should they buy it? Yes, if they don’t care about the brand but only functionality.
Why? Variously named as HiPhone T32, CECT T32 or Daxian X999, this is the closest clone of the iPhone. Name a feature of the iPhone, and you will find it on the T32. It is a 3G phone, with WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, 2-megapixel camera, MP3/MP4 and powered by Windows Mobile 6.0. What makes is preferable to the iPhone is that it is unlocked, works with most GSM SIM cards and carriers and needs no activation, keeping it always ready to make a call.
Technical Specifications: This iPhone clone flaunts a 3.2-inch TFT high-resolution touchscreen LCD display. The 2MP digital camera is capable of snapping images of 1600 x 1200 resolutions and supports audio and video recordings. Powered by Windows Mobile 6.0, the T32 features Internet Explorer and Windows Office suite. It works on GSM Triband 900/1800/1900 MHz connectivity and GPS capability is activated via external Bluetooth GPS receiver. Memory expansion up to 2GB is possible through the microSD memory card. It provides 150 hours of standby time and 5 hours of talk time.
