Am from Florida and was looking to buy a new mobile especially android based touch phone with a good camera but the problem here is that all phones that I like was either locked or in contract with one or the other operator. Thus i need your advice on where i can get the latest cell phones unlocked to avoid any restriction on chosing the right operator and right plans. I also wanted to confirm one more thing here, can we make use of all thwe features and applications in unlocked phones just like the original locked phones.
