Now my cell phone does not work at all, have to buy a new cell phone. my budget is very limited so I look to buy a cell phone cheap and best. But still have some foresight for it. following are the features which I am look to be in my cell phone. can u suggest me cell phone with good camera, fast speed web browser, good music player. My budget to buy a cell phone is with in $ 75 to $ 90. Also suggest me which network service should I prefer with it as I am not very happy with presently availing AT&T service.
