A report issued by climate experts on Friday has increased pressure on governments to take necessary actions. They have come up with their starkest warning yet – all about the global warning’s impact from hunger in Africa to a fast thaw in the Himalayas.

Warming is widely blamed on emissions of greenhouse gases by ‘human.’ They have done it by burning fossil fuels, leading to desertification, droughts and rising seas, which would hit the tropics hard! The tropical regions from sub-Saharan Africa to Pacific islands are under major threat, according to the report.

In the climate panel of the U.N., more than 100 nations agreed on a final text after all-night talks. It is during this period, some scientists have pointed finders on governments that have been watering down conclusions on climate change – that it already was under way and damaging nature.

Rajendra Pachauri, chairman of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) said,

It’s the poorest of the poor in the world, and this includes poor people even in prosperous societies, who are going to be the worst hit.

This does become a global responsibility in my view.

Grouping 2,500 scientists, the IPCC — world authority on climate change – fear that a sharp warming will not spare any region of the planet!
