Trendy haircuts for kids

Trendy haircut

While trying to manage a kid or two, you will constantly find yourself putting the foot down on something or the other. Of course, that will need additional bribing to compensate for such a feature. Nevertheless, you do get my flow.

One of the biggest problems with kids of today is that they really have a lot of imagination. Not that it is to be discouraged or is a bad thing, but it certainly is a handful because we have to be constantly vigilant in order to keep them prim and proper and yet bow to their demands.

One of such problem is of course the hairs. Yes, kids are indeed adorable beings with really cute hair, which is all-good. However, when you get feisty little misters with the ‘I want the Johnny Bravo hair’, complete with the request of gel and your feisty little misses crying out ‘The Princess cut’ or ‘The Long Hair Barbie’ is when you feel compelled to put your foot down yet again.

Best haircuts for Girls

One thing is always common; kids of neither sex are prepared to settle for something, which is easy and manageable.

So fellow parents, get ready to manipulate them. For girls, I would recommend them to set examples of Barbie with short hair like the Tennis Player Barbie or ask your kid and she will tell you.

Basically, settle for a bob or a blunt. Just ask the barber to interlock it in a way, which will bounce, give ample volume and let her flip her hair. If long hair is absolutely set upon, make it a step or a layer cut.

The pixie cut could also work as long as she has Barbie junior instead of Long Hair Barbie. You could even settle for the crown cut.

Best Haircuts for Boys

If you like the productions of Disney movies for kids, you would have noticed that a ‘surfer’ cut is so popular. However, there will be some hassle, believe me and do not forget that you do not want that.

However, your boy might throw tantrums for a Jack Sparrow cut or pirate cut, introduce him to G.I Joe or He-man and he might just settle for a crew cut. Dreadlocks might be given a miss as well.

In addition, you could concoct a long story and choose the mushroom cut. Letting him have spikes is okay if gels and hair sprays are what you would like to introduce. However, personally it is not recommended
