Give proper time to them

If you frequently fight with your spouse and always keep on arguing with one another, it can worst affect your child health. Remember your child will behave in the same manner as you behave with others at home. They might think it is right way to take out your anger and becomes annoying and stubborn. Instead of drinking, go for the mediation and other energizing exercise, as it is good for you and your kids as well. It will make them healthy and feel relax.

Do not give your kids a total unhealthy example by overeating when you are highly disappointed and stressed out. If you found eating a good option to relieve your stress your children will also copy the same thing from you for making themselves fell good and happy. This will automatically lead towards serious health issues such as obesity, which is not good. Rather let your children develop the habit of sharing their feelings and emotions with family or friends.

Avoid too much calling and texting

If you addicted to your phones and habitual of texting or taking to your friends or colleges over phone and do not get shocked after seeing your child doing the same thing. Children learn from parents and your saying affects your kids largely than your doings. Avoid using phone in front of your child and guide them about the harmful effects of using too much phone such as weight issues and sleepiness.
