Outdoor fun with your Kid

Outdoor fun with your Kid

Forget just kids, you might yourself love to go outside on a lazy, hazy, crazy day of summer or spring and just enjoying loafing around doing nothing. Now, since kids are well, kids, they have an upper hand in wanting to do the same.

Nevertheless, since they are powerhouses of energy, expecting them to just sit doing nothing is simply a mistake. As a job of a parent, you are supposed to make sure that your kids are safe as well as happy. In addition, since you want to enjoy the beautiful summer, finding lazy activities can be the best idea for you to do. Another way of looking at it is, you might just help your spouse into getting some work done at home and refrain from making a mess indoors.

Joint Effort

Needless to say, that nothing beats the thrill of an outdoor game for your tiny tot. To make it even more fun, ask another parent with a child to turn up and watch as they grope around, chasing birds, inspecting grass and of course collecting stones and twigs.

Play Ball

Nothing is more appreciated by your tot than playing ball and just making and breaking rules. It could be anything; kids’ football, a bit of beginners’ basketball and if you have some European friends, teaching your kid to play cricket might be a good idea.

Blowing Bubbles

Forget kids, I am sure that the prospect of blowing bubbles is much appreciated by you as well. So choose a park or your backyard or any space, which is empty, safe and huge, and watch as your kid blows bubbles with you and chases them throughout the area, laughing, and bursting those soapy bubbles.

Useful Activities

If you really want to get some outdoor work done and keep a watch and spend some time with your kids, involve them in activities like raking leaves or painting the driveway. Trust me, it might sound blasphemous, but kids enjoy the painting and raking leaves simply because that is so grown up.

Flying Kites

Yes fellow parents, nothing is better than flying kites on a breezy day. Just go to a park or your backyard and fly some. You can even invite some other parent like you and turn it into a competition.

Making a Mess

Nothing comes even close to the thrill and the fun that comes with making a mess. Play with paint balls, do some mud fighting and then get wet in sprinklers and voila! You are the best parent in the world.
