DIY steps

1. First of all, you have to rinse the bottle and allow it to dry. If your bottle is wrapped with some labels, you have to remove it. Add some weights (pebbles and rice) and cap the bottle.

2. Next, you will have to paint the bottle using one coat of liquitex basics gesso and leave it to dry. On this, you need to add one coat of white paint and leave it to dry.

3. Now, take one of the socks and place it horizontally on a table and cut it vertically. You will have to use the half with the cuff. Fringe the cut end of the sock.

4. Using the pattern, draw a face on the bottle with your black marker. You can paint the nose black and use pink crayons for the cheeks.

5. Cut out two mittens from the other sock using the same pattern. Glue one mitten in such a way that it partially covers the bear’s mouth. The other mitten should be glued pointing towards the bear’s belly.

6. The cuff end of the sock should be placed over the bottle cap. Tie a knot around the sock between the fringe and the cuff using the white yarn. Now tie the yarn into a bow and cut off the excess ends leaving a little gap in place. The fringe should be arranged in a manner that it should flop on top of the hat.
