Beauty tips for teen girls: What is appropriate for school?

Teen girls give immense attention to fashion and self decoration. Many of them are crazy about glamour and start using versatile cosmetic products. Since their skin is still tender, they should take utmost care for not spoiling their skin by using harsh makeup materials, which contains harmful chemicals. Teenage girls are advised to follow ‘natural beauty tips’ to avoid any damage to their skin. Teen girls should take proper permission and guidance from their parents before adopting any beauty tips until they are mature enough to understand the adverse effects of cosmetic products. Parents should convince the children about the ill effects of these cosmetic products and should properly guide them with patience.

Here are some useful beauty tips for teen girls according their age:

13 – 14 years

a. Use lip-gloss to polish your lips. Do not use lipstick, which makes lips more dark and unnatural.

b. Apply black eyeliner on the inner rims of your eyes. You can use mascara to enhance the eye lashes.

c. Do not share eye makeup or lip stick/gloss with your friends.

d. Your skin may start going through many changes now and you need to keep your skin thoroughly clean. Do not allow your hair to touch your face.

e. When it comes to dress, give the priority to comfort. There are many physical activities in this age; hence, you should give priority to comfort dress than a good-looking dress.

15 – 16 years

a. This is the age at which you must take more care of your health as many biological changes quickly occur at this age.

b. Many teen girls generally complete ‘puberty’ at this age and face acne problems. If your skin is acne prone, use some foundation under the guidance of your parents.

c. It is better to apply turmeric and sandal paste in night and clean it in the morning. Do not squeeze the acne as it become bigger and leads to septic. If you are worrying more about acne, you cannot get rid of them. So, relax and ignore them. Do not rub acne too much.

d. You can apply light eye shadow on the crease and lid.

e. Outfits need not have to be highly priced or of designer labels. They should be comfortable and attractive.

f. Imitating others in selecting outfits is useless. It is always worthy to select the suitable outfits as per your liking.

g. You should concentrate on healthy diet as the good diet plays a major role in keeping skin gorgeous.

Above 16 years

a. In this age, you must take more care of your physical health. Regularly do workouts and schedule some spare time daily for it. Workouts make you feel much better about yourself by releasing endorphin from your body, which helps in enhancing your mood immensely.

b. Do not go for too much oily foods and fatty foods. Eat more fruits and take more fruit juice without sugar.

c. Healthy food improves your overall look, metabolism, and increases your self-confidence.

d. Now at this age you know what you like. Try to maintain your own hairstyle without imitating others. There are different hairstyles depending on the type of hair. Therefore, it is better to follow the most suitable hairstyle for yourself.

e. Apply the honey-ginger paste on your face when you get up every morning to prevent wrinkles largely.

f. To get a tight skin, do olive oil massage regularly and it increases your blood circulation. Please note that any massage should be done anticlockwise.

g. Prepare turmeric paste by adding little raw milk and lemon juice. Apply it on your skin regularly to remove tans.

h. In the early morning, before brushing, drink at least one liter of water. It will remove all your constipation problems and thereby improve your health. On a daily basis, try to drink 4 liters of water and it is the secret for gorgeous skin of many celebrities.

j. Make a mixture of honey, vegetable oil along with lemon. To moisturize your dry skin, apply this paste on your dry skin and keep it for 15 minutes before ringing with warm water.

k. Be tension free and avoid stress. Peace of mind also helps in enhancing your beauty.
