Dieter is not allowed to eat two snacks without giving a gap of 3 hours. The most important rule of this diet is to never skip a meal.

You are allowed to include the majority of the vegetables except those which are rich in carbs such as corn, squash, and beets. You can have all the fruits except bananas. You may enjoy any kind of meat product. Fats are a good option if you consume them in the form of sour cream, butter, and cream cheese.
