Diet Plan Breakfast

It is the most important meal of the day. You need to have milk along a fruit to gain energy in the morning. Don’t go for banana as they tend to add on weight. Select only skim milk as it contains no fat at all. Drink ample amount of water from the beginning of the day to stay hydrated all the time. It helps in increasing the metabolic rate.

Diet Plan Lunch

The main idea is to keep lunch moderate. Avoid eating sweets in lunch on a regular basis. Once or twice a week is absolutely fine. If you’re a rice lover then minimize the quantity of rice you generally like to have for lunch. It is preferred to eat low carb foods. Vegetables are rich in carbohydrates so avoid having them. Drink hot water after consuming ice creams or other sugar and fat-rich dishes. You can eat anything in lunch but make sure the quantity is moderate.

Diet Plan Dinner

Dieticians recommend that dinner should be very light. You may only have a glass of juice or milk for dinner. Don’t put your stomach under too much stress over the night. Taking the minimum amount of calories is the right choice for dinner. Have herbal tea before going to bed.
