Aerobics exercise lovers there is some bad news for you. The long-term health benefits of aerobic exercises are now being questioned by the doctors.

Jane Fonda videos made aerobics a very popular form of exercise in the 1990’s among the fitness seekers. But, over a period of time people who did these high-impact exercises are getting a feel of how these exercises have taken a negative toll on their bodies.

Dr. Solomon said,

you go into any health club and take a look at their schedule you’ll see that step aerobics is no longer there. High impact activity is no longer there. People are now into core stability and power workouts, which is less stressful on the joints.
