The second phase of Oatmeal Diet should be continued for 30days. You can have half cup of oatmeal in the 3 main meals during the day. You can introduce all kinds of foods in your diet during this phase. You can eat instant oatmeal as well. However, make sure that sugar content is low in all the foods you consume.
You can enhance the calorie intake up to 1000 to 1300. The high amount of fiber content reduces absorption of fat content. In this way, you are able to lose the extra pounds.

Snacks – You can have a snack between the 3 meals. Eat fresh fruit to gain extra nourishment between breakfast and lunch. You can have vegetables as a snack between lunch and dinner.

Exercise can help you tone your body in a better way. Regularly follow a 30minute workout schedule to make the diet work more efficiently. You should drink large amount of water daily. Drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
