American doctors have come out revealing that migraine can be due to some problem in heart too. During the course of study Dr Jonathon Tobis, a cardiologist from UCLA found that 60 of the patients who complained of migraine were found with a small passageway in the heart. Doctors believe that it can be due to the chemicals that are normally filtered out through the lungs and this kind of small passageway in the heart results in migraine.
Moreover, these doctors found that patients who underwent operation for their heart problem didn’t complain about migraine after that.
This finding is very significant, especially for the people with migraine problem. However, I think to correlate every migraine problem with bad functioning of heart would also not be right because there can be other reasons too for migraine.
